ChannelHunt is operated by Mocca AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which acts as the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, profile photo) and information generated by your activity on the platform (submitted channels, votes, profile updates). When you sign in, we also log basic technical information about your session — such as device type, browser, operating system, and approximate country — for security and analytics purposes.
We use your information to operate the platform, display your public profile, attribute channel submissions, and send important service communications. We do not sell your personal data.
ChannelHunt uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect platform functionality.
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run ChannelHunt. We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Vercel (including privacy-friendly Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies) for hosting and aggregate usage statistics. We also use YouTube API Services to fetch publicly available channel metadata; by using ChannelHunt you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of any data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy.
If your YouTube channel appears on ChannelHunt, we display only publicly available information about it (such as the channel name, thumbnail, banner, and public metadata). If you own the channel and would like the listing removed, email us at info@channel-hunt.com and we will remove it promptly, as described in our Terms of Service.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address below.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
