ChannelHunt (the "platform") is operated by Mocca AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ChannelHunt," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ChannelHunt you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
ChannelHunt is a discovery directory for YouTube channels. You may browse, search, vote for, and submit channels in accordance with these terms. Commercial features of the platform — including paid advertising and featured placements — are offered by ChannelHunt and may only be used as described on the relevant pages.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
YouTube channels are publicly available and viewable by anyone. ChannelHunt is a discovery directory: every listing references a publicly accessible YouTube channel and is intended as free promotion to help creators reach new audiences. A channel may be submitted by its own creator or by a member of the community. If your channel was listed by someone other than you, this reflects no negative intent, implies no endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between you and ChannelHunt, and does not require any action on your part. We display only publicly available information — such as the channel name, thumbnail, banner, and public metadata. If you would prefer your channel not be listed, see the Removal & Takedown section below.
A listing is one of two types. Community listings are submitted by fans or viewers, are purely informational, and require no verification. Official listings require the submitter to prove ownership of the channel by placing a one-time claim code in the channel's public description; verification unlocks editing rights and a verified badge. Submitting a community listing is permitted. Representing yourself as the official owner of a channel, or claiming a verified badge, without completing ownership verification is prohibited.
When you submit a YouTube channel you represent that you have the right to do so and that the submission does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
We honour removal requests in good faith. If you own a YouTube channel that is listed on ChannelHunt and you want it removed, email us at info@channel-hunt.com and we will remove the listing promptly. We may ask you to confirm that you control the channel — this exists only to prevent third parties from taking down channels that are not theirs, and is a light check rather than a barrier. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, send a notice to the same address identifying the work, the listing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement of your rights, and we will act on it.
Each registered user may cast one vote per channel. Artificially inflating vote counts through automation, multiple accounts, or any other means is prohibited.
You may not use ChannelHunt to harass others, post spam, scrape the site without permission, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or its users.
Channel names, logos, thumbnails, banners, and video content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed nominatively to identify and describe the channels being listed. ChannelHunt claims no ownership of third-party content and no affiliation with the creators it lists.
ChannelHunt is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of YouTube content and data is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Paid featured placements and advertisements are offered as described on the relevant pages. Paid placement does not constitute endorsement of a channel by ChannelHunt, and we may decline, remove, or refuse to renew any paid listing at our discretion.
ChannelHunt is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any submitted channel or its content, and we are not responsible for third-party content or the availability of third-party channels.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChannelHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChannelHunt against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the platform, including any claim that your submission infringes a third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@channel-hunt.com.
